Bookings

To secure your appointments, please email a screenshot of your Airbnb calendar to shreenathservices22@gmail.com or provide a list of all dates and times of guests departing and arriving.

For same-day changeovers (back-to-back, b2b), we require a minimum 4-hour window (e.g., 10am-2pm, 11am-3pm).

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all bookings. If a host allows instant bookings and this occurs with less than 48 hours' notice, we will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee availability at short notice.


First Clean

For new hosts, we are happy to arrange a more detailed initial clean if you feel it's necessary. Areas that often require extra attention include inside cupboards, the oven, grout between tiles in the shower, extractor fans, blinds, and windows. Please note, if an initial deep clean is not performed, our guarantee applies only to the areas covered in our standard clean.


Airbnb Guarantee

We stand behind our work and offer a guarantee: if a guest is dissatisfied, we will return at no additional cost. This guarantee applies specifically to the areas that were scheduled to be cleaned.

For standard bookings, our guarantee covers only the areas included in the standard service. Any additional cleaning beyond the scope of the original booking will be subject to our standard rates.


Guest Keys

Please note that we are not responsible for providing access to your guests. It is the responsibility of the host or guests to ensure that keys are in the correct place. Our keys are securely stored at our premises, which are only accessible between 8am and 6pm. Therefore, we are unable to offer a 24/7 key service.
